    All SayPro Human Capital are kindly reminded to continue following all SayPro policies and regulations to ensure our standards of excellence are upheld.

    Furthermore, I am instructing ALL Human Capital to delete all approved tickets on the groups (especially on the Royal Committee group). There are still many tickets that have not been deleted. This must be done immediately after this prayer session.

    1. Uploading Sponsors and Funders (SayProCMR-2 Responsibility):
      • SayProCMR-2 is instructed to paste and upload all sponsor and funder information on the designated platform: sponsors.saypro.online.
      • Each entry must clearly indicate the month of the closing date written on the side.
        • Example: “Ford Foundation — Closing Date: 1 April.”
    2. Handling Sponsors with Early Closing Dates:
      • Any sponsors or funders that are closing early must be compiled and forwarded directly to SayProCMR-1 for proposal preparation and submission.
    3. Special Instructions for Mrs. Mmathabo Maleto:
      • For sponsors and funders where no closing date is indicated, Mrs. Maleto must ensure these are sent separately for internal tracking and follow-up.
      • Dates must not be added if they are not provided by the sponsor.

    Conclusion:
    The above tasks and responsibilities have been allocated to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and timely processing of sponsor and funder opportunities. This will strengthen SayPro’s positioning for successful partnerships and funding applications.

    The session focused on outlining the duties of each appointed officer, mapping their responsibilities to specific SayPro codes, and aligning them with SayProCMR’s mandate to drive growth, innovation, and sustainability across all marketing, proposal, fundraising, advertising, and brand development portfolios.


    Appointments and New Positions

    1. Appointment of Mrs Nkosi

    Mrs Nkosi has been entrusted with key roles aimed at positioning SayPro as a leader in tender management and proposal development.

    • SayPro000-5-12-1-4: SayPro Tenders, Bidding, Quotations, and Proposals Office (SayProCMR-1)
      Responsible for managing tenders, drafting quotations, overseeing proposal submissions, and ensuring compliance with procurement requirements.
    • SayPro000-5-12-15: SayPro Proposal Writing and Creative Writing Office (SayProCMR-15)
      Tasked with developing professional, persuasive proposals and creative documents that support organizational fundraising, project expansion, and strategic partnerships.

    2. Appointment of Mrs Maleto

    Mrs Maleto was appointed to lead the fundraising and resource mobilization portfolios.

    • SayPro000-5-12-2-1: SayPro Fundraising, Sponsorships, Donations, and Crowdfunding Office (SayProCMR-2)
      Will drive resource mobilization strategies through sponsorships, donations, and innovative crowdfunding campaigns to ensure financial sustainability.

      Responsible for sourcing non-monetary contributions, including vehicles, equipment, and other in-kind support, to boost operational efficiency.

    Mrs Jijina has been tasked with product innovation and e-commerce development.

    5. Appointment of Mrs Mpepe

    6. Appointment of Mrs Thendiwe

    Mrs Thendiwe will lead SayPro’s creative brand visibility initiatives.
